Can a fido store refund an overpayment?

I had an overpayment from my phone due to systems error. I wanted to get a refund from it, will the physical store do it? Please answer. Thank you.

Unfortunately the stores will not be able to issue you the refund, you will need to contact customer service and they will be able to start the process and further assist you.
