Hello,

 

I always pay my bill with your app. Since last month, my billing shows 0 balance and this month too. It's almost due day, how can I pay it? Does that mean I don't need to pay anything? ^_^ Thanks.

I would suggest to review the actual details of the invoice to confirm why the balance is showing $0. 

By all means, to get a more precise answer, you can reach out to our customer care team so we can confirm if you have a owing balance or not. 😊
