Uprgade to New Phone

Does anyone know, particularly the issue when trying upgrade your phone online?

I'm trying to take advantage of some of the deals, and when I'm trying to upgrade and finalize the transaction I'm not able to proceed any further.

Through the "Upgrade my Device", I'm in the "Build A Plan" stage of the process, and after reviewing all plans and coverages, when I would click on "Proceed to Checkout", and it would have that loading gif, but doesn't proceed any further after that.

Just confirming if there is something I'm missing, such as time of the date I can order or a coverage I have to take before finalizing...etc.

Can you try clearing the browser cache or try it with a different browser and see if it helps.

I did attempt doing both methods, but it's still preventing me to go to the next screen (if there is any), and I'd click on "Proceed to Checkout" several times, and still not successful.

Are you getting some sort of error message, or does the page keep loading?

By all means, to continue and place your order you can get in touch with our customer care team and they can check out what's going on and help you place the order if needed, 😊
