Extra number attached to my account

I'm a participant level 1
I'm a participant level 1

A number is attached to my account   it is not assigned  when I call.  Any ideas?

Is it a number you previously used before?


If you made any changes to your number recently it can take a couple of days for the system to fully update your number information online, but it should be removed at some point if it's not assigned.

If the unassigned number stays on your account, you can contact our Customer Service and they will assist you with that. We can also send you a PM on here if you prefer, let us know. 🙂
