Ok. I just switch to a new plan which require a voicemail setup but when I dial my voicemail and enter my 10 digit phone number, the reply was "Sorry that number isn't valid". Really..this IS my phone number since 2011. I tried using the Fido App but even after logging in with credential the option to retrieve/reset my Voicemail password isn't there. I also tried the Web and the option isn't there as well. I spent literally three hours and of course it's Sunday early morning 5AM so I have to wait until CS opens.
I'm sorry to see you're experiencing difficulties with your voicemail. Did you get a chance to speak with someone at customer service about this?
