Extra charge on bill

• I have been charged an 9$ extra charge from fido, I've been a Fido client for many years and my cycle payment was always 12 or 13 of each month.
• Why my cycle payment is changed and I have been charged for it 
• Please concider my request

Have you had a chance to look at your invoice details to see exactly what the extra $9 is for?
