Existing customer trying to switch to a different plan here.
The Fido.ca website keps getting stuck on the "Choose your plan type" step. I have tried this in FireFox, Chrome, and Edge browsers, all with the same issue.
The App only shows one recommended plan, which I'm not interested in.
Were you able to do the plan change online? If you are still having problems I would suggest you contact customer service and let them know and they will be able to assist you with the plan change.
