I want to return my phone device. I have purchased it online and fido sent it from CTDI(1595 north service RD E suite unit2. Oakville, ON)
Now I need a return label. I call Fido support but they can not transfer my call to the agent.
Is it possible to ship this device to CTDI without using a return label?

When doing any returns you will need to contact customer support and they will start the return process and you will receive an email with the return lable. I'm not sure who you spoke to but customer service will be able to do this, you can contact them through any of the available methods listed here.
