Hello, I signed up for a monthly plan with Fido but decided to switch carriers 5 days later. What will I be charged on my first/final bill payment? I've read a post that cancellation of monthly services will have no penalty and the final bill will have fees prorated to the last day of services.

If you got a device you can return it within 15days and you will not be charged the balance of the device. Your final bill will be prorated and you just pay for the days your service was active for.
