Duplicate Charge, making large negative balance.

Hi Fido, 

I recently bought a phone online, through Fido (upgrading my old phone). However the service has charged me twice, causing a large Negative Balance in my account. 

Is there someone I should contact? How can I get a refund deposited to my account. 

Would love some help with this, thanks!

You will need to contact customer support and they can process the refund or you can always leave it and it goes towards your future invoices until its depleted.
