Hi I received exclusive offer and I just upgraded It said they will send me email. In a meantime I can enjoy the new upgraded plan... but when I checked my account the plan is still the old one and I didn't receive email about plan change... is that normal???
How long does it usually take for me to receive the confirmation email usually????
