I called Fido on+1-905-455-2880 at 4:39 pm, 07/29/2024 and spoke with a male customer service representatieve who had an Punjabi accent regarding the plan for new phone. I was enquirng him about the documents I need to be eligible for the 0% down payment plan when he as responded harshly and intimidated me. I never have faced such a resposes from any CSR and didn't know what to do. I was amazed by his audacity to speak in such tone with a customer who just wants to enquire about the servie they are offering. Totally disappointed by his rude behaviour, I hope Fido trains its CSR to remain clam and do their job properly.
