Having problems with e-sim loading.
New Customer, successfully loaded e-sim with "temp" number
Phone number finally ported over, but now unable to activate e-sim
Get following error message:
Subject code: 8.26
Reason code 3.8
Have erased all prior e-sims, including reset network on Pixel phone
Multiple attempts to reach support today, no response yet
Any ideas?
