Phone upgrade with plan change

Hi, I have encountered ever-going issue when I choose a phone upgrade. Phone has been chosen and the monthly was selected and when it comes to the option for data and text, it suddenly keep loading the page forever. I have tried multiple times within few days already and it just stuck there. Please let me know how to proceed to the next.

I finally got through to customer service via chat this afternoon.  I don't know if you are in the same situation but in my case the offer (one of those 'exclusive offer for you' for a Pixel 8 for $10/mo) was a dead-end because when the cs person picked it there were no available plans for that phone and payment plan combination.  Someone must have goofed when they put it in the system.  Anyway, it explains why the website would spin forever since it never got a plan it could populate into the next section.
