Dropped call from customer service agent & she never called me back

I'm having issues with most of my calls not going through.  If I do get through, person on the line can't hear me.

Similar experience - other party to call seems unable to hear me on supposedly completed calls.

I'm really sorry to learn you're experiencing troubles with the service. Is this still ongoing?

 

If yes, try Resetting the Network Settings on your Device as it might help.

 

iPhone

1. Settings
2. General
3. Reset
4. Reset Network Settings

 

Android

1. Settings 
2. System
3. Advanced 
4. Reset options 
5. Reset network settings

 

Keep in mind this also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before (will need to re-configure).

Very poor service!  Only 1 bar !!!

Can you please confirm the following as well:

 

  1. Do you have a degraded network connection indoors only or outdoors as well?
  2. Where are you currently located? The first 3 characters of your postal code will suffice
  3. Are you able to test your Fido SIM card in another device? If so, please confirm if the same happens on other devices.
