Hi,
I was billed twice for my online credit card transaction for the month of January.
The Fido payment history shows double billing amount and so does my credit card statement.
My Fido account balance is 0 instead of a negative balance for the double payment.
How can I get this fixed?

Welcome to the community!
On your credit card transactions is it showing as posted or pending charges? If it is still pending I would wait until it's posted to see if one drops off if it does not then I would recommend you contact customer service directly and would be able to better assist you in this matter.
