Anyone else get double charged with auto-refills.
We are pay by the minute $0
Unlimited text add-on @ $10
Balance is not low $40+
Why would it charge $10 twice?

I was charged four times the monthly charge the same day on my credit card. I want the extra charges cancelled ASAP,please.

Hey @Lucianne!
This shouldn't happen, is it the first time you notice this?
That said, when you check your prepaid balance now, are all 4 of those payments reflected in the balance? If they are not, then the payments failed - they'll be returned to your card automatically but it can take a few days.
If the payments are reflected, them we'll have to look into it.
Let us know and we'll go from there!

Hello! Four payments of $11,30 were automaticallt withdrawn from my credit card on January 27, but this credit has NEVER shown up in my Fido balance. Please see to it that this money is refunded to my credit card ASAP. Thank you!

With the AutoRefill monthly service, refills will be processed for each add-on individually even if you have enough money already in your balance. If you have as you say a $10 plan with a $10 add-on, you will be billed on your credit card $10 times 2 every 30 days.
I hope this clarifies.
