Disrespectful Customer service

Their customer service is seriously disrespectful and they don't help you out at all. I have a bill of $300 dollars for some reason and they want me to pay the full amount in one go. Or they will suspend my line. This is seriously the worst company to get phone lines from. Please don't waste your money. Their customer service is seriously terrible and horrible.

  Sorry to hear of your situation. I understand you have already contacted customer service. However, you might consider requesting a payment arrangement. In order to do so, you will likely need to contact their Credit Operations. Unfortunately, however, it should be mentioned that a payment arrangement may not be available in some situations.

In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. Though you would still likely need to contact the Credit Operations team to organise a payment arrangement.
