I completely understand there are unusual delays with processing and receiving device upgrades right now. I've been waiting for a couple weeks now for an order confirmation, which is totally fine, but today I received an email stating my account has been updated to reflect the cost of the device. Should I not have received an order confirmation prior to this? It's a little confusing.

My acount change came in around 3 hours ago and I got a text recently saying Purolator picked up my device. I still haven't gotten any emails from Fido about it but the Purolator info was all accurate so I'm guessing there's some delay in the email system.

Thanks for the info. My case has turned out similar to yours. Just notified by FedEx the device has been shipped. 🤷:male_sign:
