Device Savings Recovery Fee

I recently upgraded my phone online. Today I received my bill and I have been charged an amount of $97.50 twice ($97.50 as Early upgrade fee and $97.50 Device savings recovery fee.) Why?????

$97.50 Early Upgrade fee is legit however what is DSRF?? I didn’t get any message while upgrading online about DSRF. This is very frustrating!!!!!

Welcome to the community 

You should only be charged once if you have a balance left on your contract, not twice.  Did you make sure that you haven't received a credit on another page of your bill?
