I want to change the email address where the bill is sent to. But the new email I want to use is already registered - I registered it the other day (mistakenly) and could't connect any account. So what can I do now?

I think you would need to contact customer services to remove the other email registration so you can change the email in My Account. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
