I recently cancelled my Fido mobile phone plan and changed to another company. On March 25th, I received a bill from Fido, and my bill total changed to -$42.10. The customer service said that I will receive a cheque in two weeks. However, I haven’t received that cheque yet. Is there something wrong, or I still need to wait?

The refund cheque is processed and sent out with the below delays:
- 2 weeks for Fido mobile accounts
- 6 weeks for Fido internet accounts
If your final bill was dated the 25th of March, it should have been processed and mailed out. Keep in mind that regular mail delays do apply so you should get it this week.
If you do not get it in the mail this week please reach out and we can manually send it out.
