I was shocked to find you charge me 50 cents per minute when I go over 300 minutes, that is highway robbery.
Please explain when my package goes from daytime rate to evening, what time does this happen?
I have been a loyal fido customer for many, many years, I don't appreciate it when you threaten to cut me off when I am a few days over.
