Hey, anyone can help me out coz i Already upgrade my account. I mean data last night about 8:15pm but until now i still can’t use it. What should I do? I’m running out of data now 😟 but i need my internet. Otherwise they will charge me more overage....

To better understand the situation, I would need some clarifications.

 

When you say ''upgraded data'' I am assuming you mean that you changed your plan to one that offers higher data allotment. Is that the case?

 

If so, did you change your plan because you had reached your data allotment's limit on the old plan?

  • Can you please clarify if your data stopped working after the plan change, or it didn't work before either?
  • Did you receive a message indicating you were in overage and your data was blocked?
  • If none of these apply, have you tried power cycling your device?

To avoid further overages in the meantime, you can always add a data top-up by texting DATA to 222 and choose the option that fits your needs best. Keep in mind that the top-up doesn't cover an already incurred overage.
