My cellular data stopped working an hour or so ago - I've tried restarting the phone and all of my other services are working fine. Is there an outage right now?

We haven't had any reports of customer's experiencing difficulty connecting to data today. Is this still ongoing or was everything sorted out?

 

If you are still unable to use data, we will need more details. 

 

What other tests have you tried?

What's the error message you get? 

Is the same thing happening when you put your SIM card in another phone?
