I have been trying to reach Fido support through call and live chat but no luck.
I know that it is possible as a friend suggested I do this - Fido allows you to suspend your service temporarily for $7/month
Please help me with this. I have been trying to get support for a while now with no success.

Fido does offer a temporary suspension for its services. You should note that if you are currently finanacing a device, those payments would continue.

In order to request a temporary suspension, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
