Customer service taking too long and not getting back to you.

After 30 minutes V from PEI did not even pull up my file.  I'm pretty sure he was serving 2 customers at once.   I wanted to confirm my plan extras before taking an upgrade offer.  I've asked tor a supervisor to contact me, I doubt that will happen. 

You used to be able to phone.  Now Ask Jack forces you to an agent who does not care.   Let's see if Fido management reads this and tries to contact me.

Or you can pass it onto Senior management.  Or, if not, i could post it on Social media outside of Fido.  I'd think Fido would care, since I found many other comments starting with words like ´Worst Service ´

  As previously mentioned, this forum is community-driven. Most of us do not work for Fido. As such, we would not be in any position to pass anything onto management.
