Why FIDO acts as a scam and dealing with its customer service is a horrible experience.
Wasting customers' time, delaying a lot, and not be helpful.
I had a chat today, after 45 minutes he cut the chat without saying anywords. So, I should start the conversation with a new person!!!!!!!!!
