I am shocked that going into 2018 that there is not an option to leave a call back information and someone calls you back....I just want to port in my number from Koodo!

I agree. I have tried calling multiple times and the wait is always over 35min to pver 1 hour minumum, very dissapointed to get to support  we are paying for ,
