Hi it says i have over $100 credit but it wont let me use it why???? I need it within the next 20 mins

Welcome to the Community! 

 

Do you have a prepaid or a monthly account? Are you referring to your airtime balance or a negative balance on your account?

 

If you have a monthly account with a negative balance, that credit will be deducted from your next bill.
