Hello everyone...
I have several pay-as-you-go accounts that I don't use and wish to cancel. Upon discovery, most of them have outstanding carry over balances like the following:
Am I entitled to getting a credit of some sort? Do they pay out these outstanding balances?

Welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, the deposits to your pre-paid accounts are non-refundable (see Terms & Conditions; section 7b). They do not pay out balances on pre-paid accounts. However, you are entitled to use the services until the completion of your balance(s).
