Hi there !

 

I made a plan for my phone this morning.

I just registered my account on FIDO , I find that On Profile and settting tab , the email shows in Contact preferences is not belong to me. However I can not change the information.

Does anyone know to solve this problem ? I already call the customer service but waiting too long for response.

Hey @rabbit4664

 

You would be only able to change the information if your profile access is set as the account holder.

 

That being said, you can reach out to us at these channels so we can take a closer look at it.
