I have 6 accounts under my name a total of 7 accounts, been a customer for 5 years, asking to waive the $70 set up fee but they cannot. Agent name Mel just woke up and useless. Rather pay other provider than Fido, 7 accounts will be switching. Have a good day

That said, I also understand you are considering switching to another provider as a result of your experience. However, it is likely the other providers will also have similar activation or set-up fees.
