Charged $405 for free fido tablet offer on bill

Hello,

I called the number from Fido extra and I was told about my eligibility for a free Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 tablet with no charge whatsoever for 2 years. I accepted that offer and now I have a charge of $405 on my bill. I was told the tablet is completely free and there was no fees I had to pay for activating it as well. 

Could someone please help me with this?
