Charge on cancelled account

Hi guys,


I got an email this morning saying I owe $34.


Why is Fido charging me on my cancelled account before the 15 days and they are charging me $34 for the activation fee and unused services. Has someone ever experience this? This is one of the reasons why I did not want to go on fido in the first place, cheating their customers and having horrible services and unknown charges. 


Can someone please help me with this issue?

-Prorated Monthly Service Fee (MSF)

-Any usage not included in the price plan

-911 fee(s), if applicable

Were you billed for anything else other than those fees?
