Changing phones

Hi, I'm trying to take the sim card out of my current phone and put it into a new to me phone.  However when i do that the new phone needs a code.  I tried the PUK but it doesnt work.  Any suggestions?

Your Fido sim will work in any compatible device. It seems like what you need is the unlocking code. Can you confirm your new device model and if it is unlocked?

 

If the phone is locked to another network, you will need to contact them and get the unlocking code before you can use your Fido sim card.
