Change Address to International Address

I was wondering is it possible to change my account address to an international address as I will be leaving the country soon for a period of time?

I am also wondering is it possible to then cancel my fido account whilst I am abroad?

Hey @Rochie2!

You can change your address to an international one if you're cancelling the account, that way if we owe you any money back we can mail you a cheque to your international address. An address change to an international one must be done through customer care. 

How long will you be away for though? If you're returning in the future we do offer the option to suspend your line so that may be more beneficial for you as you'll get to keep your number!
