what happened? Any solution on this?


Hi @Taz82 , sorry you are having difficulty signing in to the Fido app. I always first suggest restarting your device and reinstall the app or check for updates. I have that happen on occasion and if I just close it and wait a while and go back to it, it usually resolves. If you still aren't having any success with signing in,  you can call technical support from your device at *611 or you have the option of using the methods mentioned Here. I'm confident that you will get it sorted out. Have a great Canada 🇨🇦 day long weekend
