I was trying to change my plan to 10g for $60 on live chat. I had waited for hours and when someone had responded i had gotten disconnected. Tried phoning and the response was the office is closed even though office hours does not close until 9 pm. I am hoping that all the people who have gotten disconnected will still be able to get the plan.
is there anyone that can help me i have been on hold with fido for more than 2.5hrs and i really need this promo of $60 for 10gs or anything to help me save money. I have been a loyal customer and i think its so frustrating that fidos customer service isnt helping me. Their live chat isnt responding either.
