No one can hear me

Hi, I'm not sure what's happening or even when it started but when I phone people, they pick up but can't hear me at all. I bought a Huawei Y6 and it's been a great phone until this. I took out and put back the Sim card, restarted the phone but nothing changed. I'm pretty worried as this means if I called 911 no one could hear me. What's going on and why am I able to use the internet and even reload the prepaid using *868? Why can Fido's computer hear the nip numbers if people can't hear my voice?

Hi  @MarieC & welcome to the Community!

When people call you, can you hear them? Have you tried restoring the phone to factory settings? To do so:

1. On the home screen, touch Settings.

2. Under All, touch Backup & reset.

3. Touch Factory data reset > Reset phone > Reset phone. Your phone will be restored to its factory settings, and then restart automatically when the process is complete.
