I had cancelled my 2 lines in January 2020, paid everything with double-checked with your representative.
Checked last balance after cancellation, nothing came up with invoice at that time.
I checked my credit report on April 2022, and out of sudden, daily interest charges are getting bigger and it went through to the collection ageny.
If this is regarding last month usage invoice, it should've sent me an invoice to my email address to notify me.
I can't see the the bill or whatever, and it shows me I owe over $700 after 2 years, and it started ruined my credit score.
Can anybody please explain what I happened to me?

Hello @jihye5940 , that would indeed be a shock to find an unexpected charge. You should probably work with Fido customer support to figure this out.
