Hi @aaa1eseag,

 

If you want to cancel your account just contact customer support and they can process your cancellation request.

 

If your account is a mobile account and you are moving the number to another carrier then you have to keep the Fido account active and when the new provider ports the number over it will automatically cancel the Fido account and you do not need to contact Fido.
