Hi, I'd like to cancel our landline phone with fido as we don't use it any longer.
I don't see a way of doing this online using my account and Fido seems to charge you for talking to you on the phone these days. Weired policy I must add.
Went to Fido store in our area to cancel it but they asked me to phone in.
Any Idea how to do this?

The adminstrative charge is only for services which can be done by ourselves via My Account self-serve (see here). Services which cannot be done by ourselves are not charged the fee. Cancelling services cannot be done by ourselves. In order to do so, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
