I want to cancel one line in 48hrs and the other in 2 weeks. Better Rogers plan. Best cost effective way?

Cancellation can only be done by a Fido representative, you will need to contact customer service and they can process the cancellation request.
There is no cost for them to process the cancellation however, if you currently have a device balance then you will need to pay it off.
