I've received two texts from Fido regarding an account that I don't have, and am unsure as to why I keep getting them? It says an automatic credit card payment was declined, and to update my payment details... At first I thought it was a scam, but it is indeed from Fido, or maybe its an account thats been put under my name? I'm not sure but I'm definitely confused! Any help would be super appreciated.

What makes you sure that the text is indeed from Fido and not a scam?
If it is indeed from Fido then it would be best to reach out to customer service directly and let them know what is happening and they can better assist you.
