I would like to cancel my order for a new device. It's been weeks since I ordered it and it never shipped and now I don't need the device anymore. I would like to cancel it before it ships so I don't have to return it. I have already contacted support at 1 (888) 481-3436 but they were unable to help me or cancel my order. I was told to wait for the device to arrive before returning it and canceling it, but that doesn't make any sense since is back ordered and it hasn't even shipped yet. How can you help me?
