What happen to Fido account? When I log in the my account, I can't see transaction history and the balance anymore. I called today July 19, 2022. Agent told I can't view the account anymore. If I want to know the balance, I have to call *225. That's is not convenient at all. I thought Fido is a big telecommunication provider. How will this problem not resolved for customers?

As of April, online support, including top-ups and plan changes, is no longer available for prepaid accounts.
As you mentioned, you would need to contact our Prepaid customer service to verify or make any changes to your account. You can reach them by dialing *225 from your Fido device or by calling 1-888-482-FIDO (3436) from any device, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm (ET) and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm (ET).
