Has anyone else had issues with calls dropping randomly since the July 8 outage? It happens in various locations and sometimes cuts early in the call, other times after 10ish minutes. It even happens when I call fido customer service. I would appreciate any tips or to even know if this has been happening to anyone else!
Hi @sharron12345 ,it hasn't happened to me at all, but it may be happening to some others. Did you try removing your Sim card and then doing a restart and put the Sim back in? That can fix a lot of issues, if that doesn't help, call technical support from your device at *611 and have them troubleshoot it for you. When you first connect, mention your phone number for them to call you back in case you lose the call during your session. I'm pretty confident that they'll be able to solve this for you.
