Can't send text message

cant send texts, I get error message and have to resend as a text message if im texting IPhones. This has been going on for months. I may drop Fido, no point having a service that I'm paying for that never works., and I'm not recieving texts either. My boyfriend is through Fido and same thing. Frustrated!!!!!

I get your frustration, it must definitely be unpleasant to not be able to send and receive messages! We really wouldn't want to see you go and rest assured that we're here to help!

Just to clarify, are you also using an iPhone and are you trying to send your messages as iMessages? When you try to resend them as regulars texts, do they go through?

Also, have you made sure that your iMessages are ON and have you tried resetting the network settings to see if that helps?
