Can't pay my bill

Hi, I am a newcomer in Toronto, I registered for Fido and received a phone number on March 18 in 2018, but my charges exceeded $50 on March 27, after several days I again added my charge just amount $50 and I try to use very little, but my bill is unbelievable $ 575, I just added my charge to $50, how could I use more than $50??? I am protesting for this bill, why do I charge for more than $50? I cannot pay my bill, please help me and say what do I do about the problem?

Hey @le20,

 

Did you get a chance to log into My Account to view your invoice details?

 

Once you're logged in, you can click on the Billing & Payment tab. From there you'll see your invoice balance and a button to ``View Bill``. 

 

After clicking on this, you'll see an option to ``Save / Print this bill (PDF)``

 

Can you give this a try to review the full details of your usage and billing? Let us know if there's something on there that seems off and I'll send you a PM so we can check it out together.
